- Arts Quest list opportunities for artists commissions/bursaries on their site.
- The Churchill Fellowship A funded fellowship for UK nationals who would benefit from a period of travel and learning to support their practice. Sign up to get alerts for their annual application announcements. One of their themes is “Arts and Communities”.
- Creative Debuts Activist Art Grant, for artists wanting paint a mural and needing support with the costs of paint.
- DBACE Deutsche Bank Award for Creative Entrepreneurs - 18-30yrs Up to 20k grant and business support for 12 months.
- Help Musicians list support opportunities on their website for career development and studies.
- Dancers Career Development Fund offer re-training bursaries for dancers, along with other support.
- a-n offer bursaries to their members (annual membership is £38/year for an individual artist).
- A Space arts often have bursaries available for artists and their listings page provides useful info on upcoming funds and commissions elsewhere
- GMCA Inspire Fund for Greater Manchester Creatives (£500-£2,000).
- ACAVA provides a list of open calls and opportunities for artists ending soon.
Bursaries for artists facing economic difficulties / barriers to career development
- Dance Fund provide a range of bursaries and funding for individual dancers.
- National Youth Arts Trust provides bursaries for drama students from disadvantaged backgrounds.z
- The Actors benevolent fund provides grants to individual actors in need of financial support.
- The Comedy Support Act is a benevolent fund for comedians. This is aimed at Professional Comedians who are unable to work because of accident or illness.
- The Comedy Store Family Fund - grants for industry professionals who are facing unforeseen financial difficulties and are unable to work.
- Theatre community fund: providing support for theatre professionals. Including hardship grants and creative innovation grants.
- The White Tube Creatives Grant - £500 bursary for working class creative.
- Writers and Artists offer annual bursaries for those on low income.
Bursaries for artists of colour
- Grand Plan provides grants of £1,000 for creative people of colour.
- Black Artists Grant from Creative Debuts £500.
Bursaries for neurodiverse, D/deaf and/or disabled artists
- Unlimited share opportunities, commissions and grants for disabled artists.
